Nicolás Dolensky (Argentina)

Nicolás Dolensky is an Argentine filmmaker born in Salta who graduated from the University of Cinema (FUC) in Buenos Aires. He is the director and screenwriter of the short film La donna, selected for the Argentine short film competition at the 2013 Mar del Plata International Film Festival. La donna was nominated as best short film for the 2015 Silver Condor Awards granted by the Argentine Film Critics Association (ACCA), was screened at approximately 80 film festivals around the world, including the Festival Biarritz Amérique Latine in France, the Festival Internazionale del Cinema Povero in Italy, the Athens International Short Film Festival or the San Diego Latin Film Festival, among many others, and won around 20 awards. Nicolás is currently developing his first feature film, Nora Cohen, winner of the Raymundo Gleyzer development award granted by the National Institute of Argentine Cinema (INCAA).
